ERROR: ORA-00201, ORA-00202

SOLUTION:
NOTE: If you just make a change manually in the init.ora
file “*.compatible='12.2.0.0.0'” and create a spfile from init.ora file. It
does not work in my case. I have to execute the command as follow.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
